What happens when Everybody has been replaced?

The great “Captains of Industry” are salivating over the coming AI ‘Revolution.’ They are looking at cutting costs and minimizing nasty things like a workforce trying to be unionized.

They also want a ‘workforce’ that doesn’t take breaks, can work tirelessly 24/7, and — once again — does not complain or want (i.e. go on strikes for) better working conditions. For them, the AI revolution is perfect.

But what happens when the general populace is almost completely replaced? Will you be given the sometimes discussed “alternative minimum” ‘wage?’ Or will the vast majority of workers simply be ‘no longer be needed?’ The Great Res

Shortsighted Kaputalism

These Captains of Industry fail to realize one of the basic lacks in this ‘wonderland of no workers.’ Who will then have the money to “buy” their products? And when that happens, what levels of unrest will needed to be “put down” (just like they do unwanted dogs and cats)?

Capitalism is, after all, about the Captains of Industry making money. Everything that they do is geared towards that One Goal. They are not “creating jobs” for the economy, they are creating “consumers.”
